MEZCAL ALIPUS SANTA ANA

Distilled by the young mezcalero Don Rodolfo Juan Juárez from 100% espadin agave, this 2017 small batch produced a run of 2,340 bottles total. Made in a minimal traditional method the spirit is distilled to a natural proof of 47.7% ABV. Round and lithe on the palate the mezcal balances flavors of desert with minerals, smoke and sweet herbs.
